PaniCast 23 House of Blues Orlando SPECIAL

I've been obsessively downloading and listening to as much of the recent Jimmy Herring Widespread as I can possibly get my hands on. The recent House of Blues run in Orlando looked like a series of smokers and from what I've been able to hear the setlists don't lie!

There were so many highlights that I found myself with more material than one Cast could contain - so it has been extended to an hour! The band is by no means playing perfectly, but they sure are taking chances and letting the music play the band.

Highlights in this cast include:
C. Brown with Jimmy Herring on Acoustic guitar
the Barstools is the first with Jimmy
the Hatfield rap is freaky
and JB continues his antics during the Fishwater
Finally - what can I say about Little Wing?!!

Let me know what you think about the Cast by clicking 'Comment' below!
THANKS for listening!

Trock. I was able to get to these shows...the first run with Jimmy. They were truly excellent and the more you listen to, I think the more you will agree. JB lost it multiple times...I think he has fallen off his rocker in a good way. Again!

Thnaks for posting these and see you in MPLS. Home town show for us.

Sincerely,

Oldschoolsman and LILY

Great job Ted, love the PaniCast!

One small thing though, you might find interesting: Herring is not on acoustic guitar at the HOB shows as you said he was. Rather, the first 5 songs of 10/10/06 have him on a PRS (like Gmac) with a clean tone that sounds like an acoustic. It was very cool to see!!
Thanks for all you do!!!

Thanks fo clarifying! It sure sounded like acoustic so that is where that came from - sorry for the confusion folks!
